Commercial Operations Landing Fees:

• 0 - 3,999 MGLW $4.50 flat rate per landing
• 4,000 - 7,999 MGLW $6.50 flat rate per landing
• 8,000 - 12,499 MGLW $8.50 flat rate per landing
• 12,500 - UP MGLW $0.80 per 1,000 pounds
• Scheduled Airline $0.50 per 1,000 pounds

General Aviation Landing Fees:

None

Tie Down Fees:

None

Terminal Parking:

Free

Wireless Internet:

Free

Aerial Applicators Permit (Up to 2 aircraft):*

$500 per year

Access Control Cards:

• Airport Tenant - $10
• Lost Card - $10
• Non-Airport Tenant - $100 per year

Advertising:

• Phone number in terminal phone and web ad (hotel or taxi) - $100 per year
• Vestibule ad - Varies

Car Rental Space:

Use of space, parking space, web ad and room ad - $300 per year

Lot Fees:

• Non-Commercial tenants - $0.08 per square foot per year
• Commercial tenants - $0.08 per square foot per year

Terminal Fees:

Variable as per negotiation

*Lot Lease includes commercial operations and aerial applicators permit fees and are for aeronautical tenants only

*Aerial Applicator Permit for transient applicators
